Broxbourne Landfill site

The project consists of the generation of a wetland in an old landfill in the area of Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.
It comprises a series of reservoirs and natural areas in which 42 homes are located, organized into 3 and 4-bedroom typologies, built with high levels of design and quality.
The finishes and materials carefully respond to the very particular conditions of the land, brick facades and tile roofs that show a contemporary aesthetic that is respectful of the environment.
The houses have terraces and garden areas that allow residents to enjoy nature and views of the wetland.
