East Grove is the third phase of a project by the construction company Lendlease for the regeneration of Elephant Park in London.
The project consists of 4 medium-rise buildings finished in brick and a 25-story tower containing a total of 382 apartments with different layouts, all of them linked by a one-story podium at the base of the buildings that houses the entrances and all common spaces for residents as well as commercial premises.
Among the facilities of the podium we find work areas, reading areas, rooms for eating and resting, as well as a gym.
The podium, at the top where the access to the houses is located, houses a series of gardens and outdoor areas for the use and enjoyment of the residents.
